Research and component design
Combustor design, high-speed generator engineering and the air-bearing architecture bring combustion, electrical and rotating-machine expertise into the same system.
Since 2017, BluenPower has built its engineering expertise around microturbines with Brazilian and Paraguayan technology. Research, simulation, component design and manufacturing form the foundation of this technology. Almost all key components were developed in-house, while our sister company ACTE PY manufactures the recuperator—the microturbine’s most expensive single component.

Our microturbine technology combines component design, simulation and manufacturing expertise. Almost all key components were developed internally, building the know-how to work on the system as a whole—not only assemble its parts.

Computational fluid dynamics gives our engineers a view inside the combustor. Studying flow, central recirculation and temperature distribution is part of the work behind the component design.
The engineering work links generator design with fabrication and assembly expertise. Our sister company ACTE PY manufactures the recuperator, bringing a critical high-value component into the group’s manufacturing capabilities.
BluenPower’s in-house CFD work examines flow through the combustion chamber, recirculation in its central region and the temperature distribution. These technical views demonstrate the simulation know-how behind our combustor design.
